Naples peptide doctor costs: add up the whole total

Everything you pay for
Put every recurring cost on one page
| Care | Is the fee for one visit or a membership? Ask what follow-up is included and how cancellation works. |
|---|---|
| Tests | Ask which tests are part of the plan, where they are done, and whether the quoted amount includes every fee. |
| Medicine | Ask whether the quote is cash or insurance-based. Ask whether the product is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or compounded, which means made for a patient by a pharmacy. Ask what happens if coverage is denied. |
| Delivery | Ask whether supplies, cold shipping, and later refills are already inside the total. |
Cash prices
A starting price is not a lasting price
Semaglutide and tirzepatide are the medicine names behind the brands Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound, used for diabetes and weight loss. As of September 2026, a U.S. government cash-price site showed starting monthly prices of $149 for semaglutide (Wegovy) tablets, $199 for semaglutide (Wegovy) pens, $199 for semaglutide (Ozempic), and $299 for tirzepatide (Zepbound).Source
The $199 Ozempic offer covered only the first two monthly fills. The later price shown was $349 a month for the 0.25, 0.5, or 1 mg strength and $499 a month for the 2 mg strength. Strength means how much medicine is in each dose.Source
Those figures are not a quote from a Naples business. They are nationwide cash offers, and a number of the published price terms were scheduled to expire December 31, 2026.Source
Often outside the headline
Service fees and tests can sit beside the medicine
Online weight-care pages often post a monthly service fee while charging for medicine separately.Source
As of September 2026, common blood tests sold directly for cash were about $29 to $59 each. Examples include an A1c blood sugar test, a complete blood count, and a cholesterol panel. Test bundles, several tests sold together, ranged from about $75 to $189, but the bundles did not contain the same tests. Ask the clinician which tests the plan needs, then price those.Source
A lower first month can hide a higher normal month. Put the normal service fee, medicine, tests, and delivery on the same line before comparing options.
Medicare
A temporary Medicare program is separate from regular drug coverage
As of September 2026, basic Medicare drug coverage (Part D) is still allowed under federal law to leave out medicines taken for weight loss.Source
Medicare also runs a separate, temporary program called the Medicare Bridge. The program lasts from July 1, 2026, until December 31, 2027. Eligible people with Part D drug coverage pay $50 for a monthly supply of certain weight-loss medicines, as shots or pills. It is not part of regular Part D coverage, so ask Medicare or your Part D plan whether you qualify and which medicines count.Source
Drug makers’ savings cards are only for people with private or workplace insurance. They exclude Medicare, Medicaid, and military coverage. A person with government coverage can often still pay the drug maker’s posted cash price instead.Source
Health accounts
The reason for the expense matters
As of September 2026, funds held in a flexible spending account (FSA) or a health savings account (HSA) can usually be spent on prescribed medicine that treats a condition a doctor has diagnosed. A cost that is only for general health does not meet the same test.Source
The company that manages your HSA or FSA can explain what proof it needs. Keep the written price and the record that shows what the care is treating.
